- 2 slices crispy bacon
- 2 tablespoons goat cheese crumbled
- 1 teaspoon chives chopped
Instructions
- Toast the bread slice to your preferred level of crispiness.

- Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then spread evenly on the toasted bread.

- Choose your topping: Layer smoked salmon and red onion, or top with scrambled egg and crispy bacon, or simply add cherry tomatoes and goat cheese. Garnish with chives.
