- 1 ripe avocado pitted and peeled
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

- 1/4 cup water or as needed for consistency
Instructions
- Combine the avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.

- Blend until smooth. Gradually add water until the desired consistency is reached.

- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
