Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado pitted and peeled
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water or as needed for consistency

Instructions

  • Combine the avocado, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
