Ingredients
- 2 medium avocados
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 lime juice
- 3 cups brown rice cooked
Instructions
- Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skins and place it in a bowl. Use a fork to mash it until smooth.

- Add the garlic, coriander, salt, cilantro, and lime juice. Stir.

- Add the rice and mix until the rice has been coated.
