Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juice
  • 3 cups brown rice cooked

Instructions

  • Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skins and place it in a bowl. Use a fork to mash it until smooth.
