Asian Ramen Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
  • 2 packages (3 ounces each) ramen noodles, flavor packets discarded and noodles crumbled
  • 1 cup slivered almonds toasted
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, crumbled ramen noodles, toasted almonds, sunflower seeds, and green onions.

  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is well blended.

  • Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss well to coat evenly. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about an hour to allow flavors to meld.
