Ingredients
- 1 package (16 ounces) coleslaw mix
- 2 packages (3 ounces each) ramen noodles, flavor packets discarded and noodles crumbled
- 1 cup slivered almonds toasted
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup green onions thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, crumbled ramen noodles, toasted almonds, sunflower seeds, and green onions.

- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is well blended.

- Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss well to coat evenly. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about an hour to allow flavors to meld.
