Ingredients
- 1 premade thin pizza crust 9-12 inch
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- 2/3 cup packed coconut sugar or brown sugar
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3 Honeycrisp apples peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons whole milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Place the premade thin pizza crust on a round baking sheet.

- Add the butter, sugar, and lemon juice to a small pot on medium heat. Stir well as the butter and sugar melt together, about 1 to 2 minutes. Add the apple slices and coat well in the mixture. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes to soften the apples.

- Put the apples on the pizza crust in an even layer, being sure to scrape out all of the butter-sugar mixture onto the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the topping is lightly browned.

- While the pizza cools for about 5 minutes, whisk together the powdered sugar and 1-2 tablespoons of milk to create a smooth glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the warm pizza, slice, and serve.
