Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk all the ingredients except the oil and salt in a medium bowl.
  • While whisking, stream in the oil until thick and well mixed.
  • Season to taste with salt.
