- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread the almonds on a large baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.

- Allow the toasted almonds to cool until they are just warm, about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the warm almonds to a high-speed blender or food processor. Process until the almonds transform from coarse crumbs to a smooth, creamy butter, scraping down the sides as needed. This process may take several minutes.

- Once smooth, add the salt and blend briefly to distribute evenly. Transfer the almond butter to a clean jar and seal tightly.
