Ingredients
- 5 corn tortillas
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt or to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F.
- While the air fryer is preheating, take a sharp knife or a pizza cutter and slice the corn tortillas into wedges. You can mimic the triangular shape of traditional tortilla chips, aiming for 6 to 8 wedges per tortilla.

- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil and sea salt and brush each tortilla wedge lightly on both sides.
- Arrange the oiled tortilla wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, being careful not to overcrowd it, to allow even air circulation. If your air fryer is too small, work in batches.

- Cook the tortilla chips for 4-6 minutes. They can go from perfectly crisp to overcooked very quickly, so keep an eye on them and take them out when they reach your desired level of crunchiness.
- Carefully remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool slightly—they will continue to crisp up as they cool.
