Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the sweet potatoes using a mandolin slicer for uniform thickness.

- Soak the slices in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch, then pat dry with a towel.
- Toss the dried sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

- Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 360°F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
