Ingredients
- 12 medium cremini or white mushrooms
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper
Instructions
- Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth, remove stems, and set aside.

- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.

- Spoon the filling into each mushroom cap, pressing gently to fill.

- Place stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket. Set air fryer to 375°F and cook for 8 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
