Ingredients
- 1 large russet potato (about 330 grams)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 plus 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
Instructions
- Wash and dry the potato. Slice it in half and then into wedges. Dry the wedges off with a paper towel.

- Place the wedges in a bowl and toss with the oil.

- Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and add to the potatoes, tossing to coat well.

- Place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer and cook at 400°F until crispy and golden brown, about 20 mins.
