Air fryer haddock fillets seasoned with herbs and spices, garnished with fresh lemon wedges.

Ingredients

  • 4 haddock fillets about 6 oz each, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 lemon wedges

Instructions

  • Pat the fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil and evenly sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, Parmesan, salt, and black pepper on both sides of the fillets.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  • Place the seasoned fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes or until the haddock is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
