Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
- Crumbled feta cheese optional, for garnish
Instructions
- Trim any excess fat from the chicken. Place the chicken in a bowl. Add the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Stir until each piece is well coated.

- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, or up to 2 hours, to fully absorb the flavors.

- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Arrange the marinated chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through, until the chicken is golden and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

- Serve the chicken immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and optional crumbled feta cheese. Enjoy with your favorite side.
