Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 4 ounces breakfast sausage fully cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper diced
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 360°F. Lightly coat a 6x2-inch cake pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the crumbled sausage, beaten eggs, cheese blend, diced bell pepper, chopped green onion, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
