- 4 ounces breakfast sausage fully cooked and crumbled
- 4 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend
- 2 tablespoons red bell pepper diced
- 1 chopped green onion
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F. Lightly coat a 6x2-inch cake pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the crumbled sausage, beaten eggs, cheese blend, diced bell pepper, chopped green onion, and cayenne pepper until well combined.

- Transfer the egg mixture into the greased cake pan, spreading it evenly.

- Place the cake pan in the air fryer and cook for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
