Ingredients

  • 3 cups rice cooked and chilled
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 large egg beaten, optional
  • 2 green onions sliced for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the cold rice, frozen vegetables, and olive oil until evenly coated.
