Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes
- Melted butter for serving (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
- Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to coat evenly; marinate for 15-20 minutes.

- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.

- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place the chicken skewers in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.

- Cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 165°F.

- Once cooked, brush with optional melted butter and sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Garnish with fresh parsley.
