Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • Melted butter for serving (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
  • Freshly chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to coat evenly; marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place the chicken skewers in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Once cooked, brush with optional melted butter and sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Garnish with fresh parsley.
