Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken 93/7 lean
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1/3 cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 pinches ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated onion, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix until evenly combined.

- Split the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape them into patties approximately 1/2-inch thick.

- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F for about 5 minutes.
- Coat the air fryer basket with oil. Arrange the patties in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature is 165°F.

- Let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the patties with a side salad or whole-grain bun and your favorite toppings.
