Ingredients

  • 1 pound russet potatoes peeled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt depending how salty you like things
  • Pinch of pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the potatoes into 3/4 inch cubes and place onto a paper towel.
  • Use another paper towel to blot the potatoes and get as much moisture off as you can.
  • Toss the potatoes with the oil, and then the rest of the seasoning.
  • Place into the basket of your air fryer and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. Then, shake and cook another 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy
