Ingredients
- 1 pound russet potatoes peeled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt depending how salty you like things
- Pinch of pepper
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into 3/4 inch cubes and place onto a paper towel.

- Use another paper towel to blot the potatoes and get as much moisture off as you can.

- Toss the potatoes with the oil, and then the rest of the seasoning.

- Place into the basket of your air fryer and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. Then, shake and cook another 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy
