Ingredients

  • 2 oz tequila preferably blanco or silver
  • 2 oz grapefruit juice preferably fresh
  • 2 oz sparkling water
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ¼ oz simple syrup depending on preference
  • salt for the rim
  • ice
  • grapefruit wedges for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the glass by running a lime wedge along the rim and then dipping the rim into a small plate filled with salt.
