How to Freeze Bananas

- 4 Large ripe bananas (or as many as you want)
Peel the bananas and slice them vertically into coins, just under 1/2 inch thick.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the bananas in a single, even row onto the baking sheet
Place into the freezer and freeze until the bananas are firm, at least 2 hours. I usually do overnight.
Once frozen, place the bananas into a large, zip-loc bag.
Store in the freezer and use as needed!
