Ingredients

  • ½ cup Raw Almonds
  • 1 cup dried Apricots
  • 1 cup dried Cranberries
  • ½ cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 3/4 cup Coconut shredded (Divided)
  • ¼ tsp ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Add the almonds and apricots into the food processor and blend until it forms a course crumb.

  • Add in the cranberries, pumpkin seeds, half a cup coconut, cinnamon, and salt in and blend until it forms a fine crumb.
