Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉, and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Add the cauliflower florets, sliced red onion, sliced garlic, olive oil, curry powder, lemon juice, and salt into a bowl, and toss everything together until evenly coated.

  • Spread the cauliflower mixture evenly onto the lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is browned and crispy on the edges.
