Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 small red onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉, and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

- Add the cauliflower florets, sliced red onion, sliced garlic, olive oil, curry powder, lemon juice, and salt into a bowl, and toss everything together until evenly coated.

- Spread the cauliflower mixture evenly onto the lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is browned and crispy on the edges.
