Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/3 cup hazelnut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dark vegan chocolate chopped into chunks
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix rolled oats, chopped walnuts, slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds, and salt in a bowl.

- Pour in the hazelnut butter and maple syrup. Mix all the ingredients well.

- Spread the granola on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake granola for 20 to 25 minutes. Let the granola cool completely.
- Add cranberries and chopped dark chocolate.

- Crumble into clusters and enjoy.
