Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/3 cup hazelnut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup dark vegan chocolate chopped into chunks

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix rolled oats, chopped walnuts, slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds, and salt in a bowl.

  • Pour in the hazelnut butter and maple syrup. Mix all the ingredients well.

  • Spread the granola on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Bake granola for 20 to 25 minutes. Let the granola cool completely.
  • Add cranberries and chopped dark chocolate.
  • Crumble into clusters and enjoy.
