Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 11 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard and garlic in a medium bowl.
  • While whisking vigorously, slowly pour in the oil until the mixture emulsifies.
  • Season to taste with salt.
  • Pour on everything!
