Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 11 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard and garlic in a medium bowl.

- While whisking vigorously, slowly pour in the oil until the mixture emulsifies.

- Season to taste with salt.

- Pour on everything!
