- 1 16-ounce container whole milk cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional
- Pinch of salt and pepper optional
- Fresh herbs optional, such as chives, parsley, or dill
Instructions
- Place the cottage cheese in a food processor. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until very smooth. Stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl if needed.

- If using, add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pulse briefly to mix in seasonings without thinning the texture.

- Scoop the whipped cottage cheese into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy it on toast, with fresh fruit, or as a dip with raw vegetables.
