Ingredients

  • 1 16-ounce container whole milk cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional
  • Pinch of salt and pepper optional
  • Fresh herbs optional, such as chives, parsley, or dill

Instructions

  • Place the cottage cheese in a food processor. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until very smooth. Stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl if needed.
