Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar balsamic, apple cider, or red wine
  • 1 tablespoon mustard Dijon or wholegrain
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey or more to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
