Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and allspice.
