- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup dry whole-wheat bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons reduced-sodium Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and sea salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

- Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld.

- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Form the turkey mixture into 4 equal-sized patties and place them in the prepared baking dish.

- Bake the patties in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the juices run clear.
