Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup dry whole-wheat bread crumbs
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons reduced-sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and sea salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
