- 2 large russet potatoes washed and cut into 1/4-inch sticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup truffle oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Sea salt to taste
- Fresh cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Toss the potato sticks with olive oil and spread them out on the baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch for even cooking.

- Bake the fries in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fries from the oven and while they are still hot, transfer them to a large bowl.
- Drizzle the truffle oil over the hot fries and toss to coat evenly.

- Add the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, sea salt, and fresh cracked pepper to the bowl with the fries and toss again until well combined.

- Serve the Parmesan Truffle Fries immediately while hot and crispy.
