Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- Small piece of fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon butter softened
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- 1 pound Imperator carrots
- Parsley chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Finely chop the garlic and ginger.

- In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter, honey, garlic, ginger, and olive oil. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

- Toss the baby carrots with the butter-honey mixture and place on a baking tray.

- Roast the carrots for 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Transfer the caramelized carrots to a plate, and garnish with the chopped parsley.
