Ingredients

  • 2 medium English cucumbers thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, sugar, lime juice, sesame oil, salt, and red pepper flakes until the sugar dissolves.
