Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, water, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is nearly simmering.
