Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese softened
- 2 1/2 tablespoons strawberry jam
- 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt divided
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup 1% dairy milk
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese and 1 1/2 tablespoons of strawberry jam until smooth and creamy. Divide the mixture between two cups, and spread into an even layer.
- Divide the sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake layer. Then, layer 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into each cup (so you use a total of 1/4 cup of yogurt).
- In a medium bowl, stir together the remaining 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, oats, and milk until creamy and well mixed. Divide between both cups, then seal with a lid and place into the refrigerator overnight.
- In the morning, top each cup with 1/2 tablespoon of the remaining strawberry jam, mix together, and enjoy.
