Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Add chopped onion and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes until the onions are translucent and mushrooms are slightly browned.

- Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

- Add fresh baby spinach to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until spinach is wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
