Ingredients

  • 2 pounds carrots peeled and cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Place sliced carrots in the slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
