Ingredients

  • 1 pound shiitake mushrooms cleaned and sliced
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped

Instructions

  • Gently wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
