Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ground fennel
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika
- 3 garlic cloves finely minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all of the seasoning ingredients and mix thoroughly.

- Store seasoning blend in an airtight container until needed. Use the seasoning to season 1 pound of ground pork for breakfast sausage, patties etc.
