Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground fennel
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sage minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 3 garlic cloves finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all of the seasoning ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Earthy herbal spice blend with fresh thyme on white background.
  • Store seasoning blend in an airtight container until needed. Use the seasoning to season 1 pound of ground pork for breakfast sausage, patties etc.
