Ingredients
- 15 oz canned salmon drained
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine drained salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, and beaten eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

- Form the mixture into 8 equal-sized patties.

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
