Ingredients

  • 15 oz canned salmon drained
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine drained salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, and beaten eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
