Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 8 ounces smoked salmon skin removed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill plus extra for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the cream cheese, smoked salmon, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped dill in a food processor. Process on high until the mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- Transfer the mousse to a serving bowl. Garnish with a sprinkle of extra dill and serve with crackers or cucumber slices.
