Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 2 medium yellow squash
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Wash the zucchini and squash, quarter them lengthwise, then cut them into 1-inch thick pieces.
