Roasted Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 stick unsalted butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Cut the top off the head of garlic to expose the cloves, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 40 minutes until soft and caramelized.

  • Allow the garlic to cool, then squeeze the cloves out of their skins into a bowl.
