Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, bring the rice, water, and salt to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender, about 15-20 minutes.
