* I used non-fat, but the higher fat you use, the creamier the frozen yogurt.
** Taste the mixture after blending and adjust to your preference, keeping in mind that it will be slightly less-sweet once churned. I liked 6 Tbsp and the hubby liked 7 better.
*** Depending on what fat content your yogurt is, you may need to let the frozen yogurt thaw a little on the counter before serving.
