- 1 Lb Russet potato, peeled
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Paprika 1
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2-1 tsp Salt, depending how salty you like things
- Pinch of pepper
Cut the potatoes into 3/4 inch cubes and place onto a paper towel.
Use another paper towel to blot the potatoes and get as much moisture off as you can.
Toss the potatoes with the oil, and then the rest of the seasoning.
Place into the basket of your air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Then, shake and cook another 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy
