Instant Pot Boiled Potatoes

Whole Instant Pot boiled potatoes in a pot of water.
Prep: 5 minutes
Pressurizing: 13 minutes
Total: 18 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pound potatoes (I used red)

Instructions

  • Place the water in the Instant Pot and place a trivet in the pot.

  • Place the potatoes on the trivet, cover and set to "Sealing."

  • Cook on manual high pressure for 13 minutes. Do not do a quick steam release. Let it release naturally.
