  • Instant pot


  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Lb Potatoes (I used red)


  • Place the water in the Instant Pot and place a trivet on top.
  • Place the potatoes on the trivet, cover and set to "sealing"
  • Cook on manual high pressure for 13 minutes. DO NOT do a quick steam release - let it release naturally.
