3TbspWhite whole wheat flour(or GF cup for cup sub)
1/2LbBoneless skinless chicken breast,cut into 1 inch cubes
Pre heat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
Mix the the panko, cheese, paprika and salt and spread onto a large, rimmed plate. Then place the egg in a medium bowl and whisk it. Finally, place the flour into a medium, rimmed plate.
Take one of your chicken cubes and dredge it in the flour, followed by egg, shaking off any excess. Finally, cover it in the panko and place into the mesh basket of your air fryer. Repeat with all cubes.
Cook until golden brown and crispy and an instant read thermometer reads 165 degrees F, about 10-13 minutes.
