Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs seasoned with Italian seasoning, if desired
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons white whole-wheat flour
  • 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400℉.

  • Cook until golden brown and crispy and an instant read thermometer reads 165℉, about 10 to 13 minutes.
