Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey, and black pepper.
