Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 small white onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper, and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are soft. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.
