Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well blended.
